Studioellea Guides is a home-based digital publishing studio in Sri Lanka serving customers internationally.

Agreement

By accessing studioelleaguides.com or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to purchase.

Digital products and delivery

Products are downloadable PDF ebooks. No physical item is shipped. After successful payment, download access is provided on the order confirmation page and/or by email. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and using a device and current PDF reader capable of opening standard PDF files.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion or international transaction fees. Prices and promotions may change, but changes do not affect completed orders. Payment must be authorised before delivery.

Personal-use licence

A purchase grants one person a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use. You may keep a reasonable personal backup or print one personal copy. You may not share, resell, upload, reproduce, translate, distribute, teach from, publish or commercially exploit a guide without written permission.

Educational information and safety

Our guides provide general educational information and do not replace professional medical, dermatological, cosmetology or specialist advice. Follow each product manufacturer’s instructions. Stop if you experience pain, irritation, swelling, allergic reaction or damage and seek qualified advice where appropriate. Results vary.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep descriptions and files accurate, but minor errors may occur. We may correct errors, improve files, restrict misuse or temporarily suspend the website for maintenance. If a material problem prevents use, our Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studioellea Guides is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website, a guide or third-party products. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Except where law requires otherwise, total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for it.

Third-party services

Hosting, payment and email services are provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply. We are not responsible for interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Please contact us first so concerns can be resolved fairly. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Sri Lanka without limiting mandatory consumer rights in a customer’s location.
