Refund and Cancellation Policy

Studioellea Guides is a home-based digital publishing studio in Sri Lanka serving customers internationally.

Digital products

Our products are downloadable PDF ebooks delivered electronically. Because a digital file cannot be returned after access or download, purchases are normally final and non-refundable once download access has been supplied.

When we will help

Contact us within 14 days of purchase if you were charged more than once, the file is corrupted or materially different from its description, you did not receive working access after successful payment, or an unauthorised transaction appears to have been made.

We will first try to replace the file or restore access. If the problem cannot be resolved and the request is valid, we may issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method. Approved refunds are submitted within 5-10 business days; banks and payment providers may require additional time.

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, an accidental purchase after the file has been accessed, device incompatibility where the device can otherwise open standard PDF files, or failure to read the product description. This does not limit any non-excludable consumer rights.

Cancellations

Orders are processed automatically. Cancellation is possible only before payment is completed and download access is issued. There are no recurring subscriptions unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

Requesting support or a refund

Email hello@studioelleaguides.com with your order number, purchaser email and a description or screenshot of the issue. Do not send card details.
